babies are naturally able to swim hello they just spent nine moths in amiotic fluid this is instinctive so no, parent is not shitty, parent is re-enforcing baby’s natural instinctive behaviour.
parent is good for doing this because parent is basically saying “yes the behaviours you were born with are great!”
Yup, if babies are ‘taught’ (allowed) to swim before they are six weeks old, they never lose the instincts they were born with that lets them hold their head above water and hold their breath when they need to. SCIENCE, man.

Colostomy Reversal Surgery
So, my 8 months affair with my stoma has ended. We both knew it wouldn’t last, but oh well. I took good care of it and in return it performed effectively. The reversal surgery was a bit more complicated than I thought. The first time (April 13), things didn’t go as expected, so I had to go under the knife again after 3 days. Things are looking ok now, I can empty my bowels like a normal person now. That is a big relief. But, I am still struggling with physical weakness and lack of appetite. Hopefully this too shall pass soon.
I have always meant to write about my experience with colostomy and colostomy bags, but I have been lazy. Will start doing it soon.
I miss Toronto. Oddly, that place left quite an impression. I am not much of a city person but the people of Toronto were very interesting. So I guess I miss the people more than the city itself.
I am especially missing the Toronto Public Library. Ahhh…. so many unfinished series and comic books. Sigh!
